A Sauna Meister uses steam infusions, curated aromatherapy, and specialized towel waving techniques to guide guests through a 20-minute experience. Inside the sauna cabin, movement and breath work meet heat and purpose within a supportive environment rooted in authentic sauna culture. This heated ritual is followed by a refreshing cold plunge and community connection. More than just a sauna session, this is a complete wellness experience. Each class will feature a unique, collectively chosen intention, soundscape, and scent profile.
